Da Vinci project – Residential
One of the largest complexes built in Israel, combining residential and office spaces in a single development.
A unique complex of two 43 story residential towers. The towers were built in parallel, alongside an office building that is also part of the complex.
The residential towers have a building envelope of curtain walls incorporating glass panels with integrated electronic shading solutions and tin panels protruding approximately 50 cm from the glass line. Hidden operable windows within the curtain walls provide internal ventilation, and the balconies feature glass and aluminum railings with a clean, minimalist design.
The project includes 32,000 sqm of curtain walls and 18,500 sqm of tin cladding.
