One of the largest complexes built in Israel, combining residential and office spaces in a single development.

In this unique complex, two residential towers were constructed, each rising to a height of 43 floors. The towers were built simultaneously, alongside an office building that is also part of the complex. The office building rises nine floors and covers 12,000 sqm.

Two of the building’s façades, facing Kaplan and Da Vinci Streets, are composed of two different curtain wall systems. One façade incorporates metal box infills, while the other features vertical glass shading solutions that create the effect of a cantilevered glass box floating above the street. The interior façades of the building overlook the connecting patio between them and the residential towers, creating a green campus that integrates seamlessly with the towers.
