Wix Glilot Project. A Unique “Finger” Structure.

The Wix Glilot project is designed as a striking, non-standard structure of three “fingers” positioned atop four “fingers.” The two lower floors, dedicated to retail and office spaces, feature a Single Skin stick system curtain wall covering approximately 16,000 sqm. The upper floors are clad with around 30,000 sqm of Double Skin Facade in a Unitized system.

The building’s facades are executed as Open Cavity, with ventilated cavities and integrated Venetian blinds connected to the climate control system. This ensures optimal indoor comfort for users while delivering significant energy savings. Between the upper and lower “fingers,” nine skylights are integrated, covering a combined area of approximately 2,000 sqm.
